2. Use Winzip or equivilant unzipper to extract the files. Use the same location that you used for the Balto desktop theme

3. Go to Start -> Settings -> Control panel.

4. Click on the Sounds

5. Change Exit Windows from Balto_sound_Howl.wav to end.wav

6. Change Start Windows from Balto_sound_Mush_dog.wav to start.wav

7. Click OK.

That should be it. This is simple enough that I won't include this readme in the .zip file.
